As the commandos navigate through the hostile terrain, they discover the mutilated bodies of another military team. The mission quickly spirals into something far more sinister when they realize they're being hunted by an extraterrestrial creature with advanced technology that can render itself nearly invisible and detect human body heat.

A perfect blend of action and sci-fi horror. Schwarzenegger is at his best, and the jungle setting creates a claustrophobic atmosphere that amplifies the tension. The Predator design still holds up incredibly well after all these years. One of the best action films of the 80s that defined a genre.

Revisiting this classic after many years and it still delivers. The gradual shift from military action to sci-fi horror is masterfully executed. The practical effects for the Predator are incredible and put many modern CGI creatures to shame. The tension builds perfectly throughout, and the final confrontation is iconic. A must-watch for any film fan.
